Can I book same day delivery online?
No, we do not offer same day delivery when booked online. However, we do offer walk-up bookings day of- find us on the beach or text/call 843-300-2187.
What time will the chairs be setup?
Chairs will be setup at 9:30 am.
How do you find your rental set up?
Oceanfront homes
Set up directly in front of your beach access with your name on it. Just walk out and enjoy.
Non-oceanfront homes (back row)
We’ll place your setup at the closest beach access to your address. Your name will be posted for easy identification.
Day rentals
Located at 2 East Beach Access (200 E Arctic Ave) near the pier.
We are just to the left of the pier (facing the ocean). Check in at our tent or find our crew on the beach- you wont miss us.
West Folly locations
If you’re staying at Charleston Oceanfront Villas, Ocean Pointe Villas, or between 104–210 West Arctic, your setup will be at 3W Beach Access.
Need help finding your setup?
Look for our team in teal under our tent or walking along the beach- we got you!
We can not set up directly in front of the Tides Hotel, Oceanfront Villas, or Pavillion Watch areas - so what are your options if staying here?
We will set up your chairs/umbrellas at the 3W Beach Access. Your name will be displayed on the rentals.
Can you take a break from your chairs and return later?
Absolutely! Just let our crew know and we recommend leaving your towel or something to appear as still occupied. We do require that you infrom our crew once you are done for the day and no longer will be using the rentals.
What is our cancellation policy?
Upon booking you must acknowledge and accept the risks as it relates to inclement weather due to the nature of this business. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted to bettysbeachchairs@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests less than 24 hours prior to reservation are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions or any other circumstance.
